Crynodeb
The post holder will lead and manage the extensive clinical governance, wider governance and assurance programme across Children and Families Division, which includes a wide range of projects and workstreams relating to risk management, health & safety, patient safety, information governance and the Care Quality Commission Standards of Quality and Safety. The post-holder will lead, plan, support, facilitate and monitor progress of governance projects and has responsibility for the design, development and delivery of associated in-house training. The post holder will lead on developing and maintaining the Children and Families Divisions risk assessments, risk register and incident reporting systems. The post-holder will manage the Children and Families Division complaint systems in line with NHS and Trust legislation, policies and procedures RESPONSIBLE FOR Human Resources Line management of Clinical Governance Manager, Clinical Governance Facilitator and Clinical Governance Coordinator, as well as ad hoc temporary support staff and apprenticeships.
