Your Responsibilities We are looking for: Candidates who are energetic and forward thinking. Excellent at communication, decision-making and motivation skills. Able to demonstrate continuing professional development and a strong commitment to developing others. You will be expected to: Be responsible for the provision of high-quality care that is safe, efficient, effective, kind and meets the individual needs of women using our services. Ensure high standards of patient care are maintained acting as a credible role model and patients advocate at all times. Adhere to the NMC professional code of conduct as the framework for nursing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys the fast-paced environment and the acute care of post-surgical patients. If you have an interest in womens services and surgical experience, and sufficient post qualifying experience we would love to hear from you.The flexibility to work the full range of shift patterns within a 24-hour shift pattern is essential. The successful candidate can expect a smooth transition with an individualised supernumerary period (including time spent in our neighbouring departments), supportive ward team and an education team who are committed to team development.
