About the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a colleague to join our dynamic Wellbeing Team. Whilst you may not have experience within the wellbeing sector, you will have transferrable skills to enable you to carry out the main responsibilities of the role which focuses on supporting the Wellbeing Team, ensuring the efficient delivery of wellbeing initiatives. Primary responsibilities include;
• Proactively monitors incoming enquiries for the Welfare and Wellbeing teams, dealing with general enquiries, accurately recording information on the Association’s Salesforce CRM system
• Coordinate a variety of forums within the Association including team meetings, working groups, advisory boards and committees; managing portals in MS Teams, minute taking, etc.
• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives
• End to end support of development and delivery for all wellbeing products and services
• Organise and coordinate logistics for station events
About you
If you thrive on being a ‘hands on’ team player with a number of of projects on the go then please do consider trying something new! You will need to be highly proficient in the use of IT and databases, including Microsoft Office applications. An excellent telephone manner and writing skills along with accuracy and an eye for detail are integral for this position. The role is offered as a fixed term contract up to December 2026. We can offer flexibility in the working hours to fit around your other commitments and as such the hours can be split over 3, 4 or even 5 days.
