Educate Staffing is supporting a prestigious primary school in Ealing in their search for an experienced and enthusiastic PPA Teacher with a music specialism. This is a full-time role covering PPA sessions across the school, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to inspire pupils through a variety of subjects, with a focus on music education.
Role Overview
The school is looking for a dynamic professional who can deliver high-quality lessons during teachers’ PPA time, engaging pupils across all year groups. While this is a general PPA role, there is a particular emphasis on music teaching, including singing, instrumental work, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Covering all PPA sessions across the school, delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
Teaching engaging music lessons, promoting creativity, confidence, and enjoyment in learning.
Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development during PPA sessions.
Collaborating with class teachers to ensure lesson continuity and alignment with the curriculum.
Contributing to whole-school events, assemblies, and performances.
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Are confident, adaptable, and able to engage pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2.
Have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Are available to start immediately (ASAP).
Hold an Enhanced DBS or are willing to obtain one.
