Crynodeb
We are looking for a Community Learning Co-Ordinator to work within our Adult Learning team. The post holder will be responsible for the design, delivery and quality of our adult community learning courses in Yeovil, Chard, Ilminster and surrounding areas. The post holder will increase participation, to achieve enrolment targets by engaging strategic partners, community-based organisations and local communities. The post holder will manage a team of tutors to ensure SS&L’s adult learning offer is relevant and accessible to all.
To be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your own workload, have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with professionals and community organisations throughout Somerset. You must be able to plan effectively to ensure there is sufficient course delivery planned and uptake to meet targets. You must be able to work within the quality expectations of the Ofsted Inspection Framework and undertake a range of quality assurance activities such as teaching and learning observations.
