Your new role
- Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage in accordance with the EYFS curriculum
- Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning opportunities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to help children progress
- Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
What you'll need to succeed
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with EYFS-aged children
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
