Our client, a highly regarded Independent SEN provision / SEN schoo in Egham, Surrey, is seeking a Full-Time SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational support and guidance to students with special educational needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of the diverse learning needs of SEN students and a proven track record of implementing effective, evidence-based teaching strategies. Your ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment will be crucial, as you work closely with students, parents, and the wider school community to develop tailored learning plans.

The salary for this Permanent contract position ranges from £37,869.52 to £50,474, plus SEN point with the opportunity to progress within the organisation. Our client values professional development and will provide you with ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and expertise.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of SEN students
- Collaborate with the SEN team, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain detailed records and provide comprehensive progress reports
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Extensive experience working with SEN students in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and the well-being of SEN students
