This role involves working across year groups and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
Supporting pupils in class alongside the teacher
Working with SEND pupils across different year groups
Supporting learning, confidence and independence
Working closely with SENCO and class teachers
Experienced SEND or Intervention TAs
Support staff confident working across the school
Individuals who enjoy variety within one setting
Practitioners with strong communication skills
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Confidence delivering interventions
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
