Nurture Education is seeking to appoint a skilled and compassionate ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) Class Teacher to work in an inclusive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised education for pupils with complex special educational needs.
The Role:
As the ARP Class Teacher, you will lead teaching and learning within the Additionally Resourced Provision, providing tailored support to pupils while promoting inclusion, progress, and wellbeing. You will work closely with senior leaders, the SENDCo, families, external professionals, and the Local Authority to ensure aspirational outcomes for all pupils.
Key responsibilities include:

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience working in SEND settings, including ARP or specialist provision

Has strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCPs

Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
