Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with special educational needs
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans to address each student's unique learning challenges
- Collaborate with the client's teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to student support
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student development and communicate with parents/guardians
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education

Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience, with a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in designing and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences
- Thorough understanding of the latest teaching methodologies and strategies for working with students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent
