A welcoming and well-organised Primary School in West London is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. The school is open to both full-time and part-time availability and is looking for a confident practitioner who can provide whole-class cover and lead targeted intervention work across the school.
This is a varied and rewarding role within a supportive school environment, ideal for an experienced HLTA or a Teaching Assistant ready to step up.
Providing whole-class cover across the primary phase when required
Leading targeted intervention groups to support pupil progress
Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups
Maintaining positive and well-managed classroom environments
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and senior leaders
Qualified HLTAs or experienced Teaching Assistants
Practitioners confident delivering whole-class cover
Staff with experience leading interventions in core subjects
Individuals seeking a flexible role within one school setting
HLTA status or significant experience working at HLTA level
Experience supporting learning across the primary age range
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
