Summary

Cluster Manager – Hospitality, Vending, Retail & Reception
Location: Leeds
Salary: £34,998 per annum + discretionary bonus

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee Hospitality, Vending, Reception, and Retail departments. You will lead multiple teams, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure business performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop departmental teams

  • Maintain high standards of food, service, and hygiene

  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency

  • Introduce innovative ideas to improve performance

  • Support Regional Manager with projects and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on leadership with excellent communication skills

  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations

  • Passionate about catering and customer service

  • Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a busy, high-profile environment

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Basic Food Hygiene (CIEH Level 3)
