The Senior Manager, Delivery Management will design, create and manage a fully automated, outcome-driven delivery management capability for the Group Sustainable Business' portfolio of deliverables. This will require a highly organised structure and time efficient approach to real-time progress updates, identifying and managing risks, finding innovative solutions to challenges and barriers and successfully delivering strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of automated programme delivery approach, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strategic priorities.

Utilise digital tools and platforms to create, iterate, and manage programme plans, executive reporting status updates and dashboards, enabling real-time tracking of progress, risks, and dependencies.

Provide regular, data-driven progress updates to the Group Director and senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation actions.

Proactively identify early warning indicators for triage and align cross-team activities to main a cohesive integrated programme direction

Build and nurture collaborative relationships with the leadership team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Lead and empower direct reports through clear objectives, coaching and feedback.
What you'll need:

Proven experience in programme or delivery management, ideally within a complex, outcome-focused environment.

Excellent organisational skills, including ability to navigate multiple project portfolios simultaneously across a complex team and organisational structure.

Strong track record of designing and managing automated programme plans using digital tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SharePoint / OneDrive, Mural, Tableau, Power BI).Coding and development experience is a plus

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
