Summary
Heeton Hospitality operates a portfolio of Hilton, IHG, and Heeton Concept branded hotels and a serviced office site. This is the perfect role for someone looking after one large property with the aspiration to develop through a cluster role.
The role will be based out of our Leeds or London office and will require visiting properties.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Create effective strategies and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with brands to maximise revenue potential.
- Tailor sales strategies for corporate clients, Leisure guests, and Group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Create and manage sales forecasts.
- Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Develop and manage sales budgets.
- Monitor expenses and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Create attractive corporate promotions and packages.
- Oversee the creation of sales collateral.
- Maintain open communication channels to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
- Generate regular reports on corporate booking performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
- Attend client and agents visits as required.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the Heeton portfolio
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Sales Experience
- Experience with London 4* market & UK regions
- Understanding of Opera and OnQ PMS, StayNTouch a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of other MS Office Applications
- Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively
- Understanding of 3* hotel market
