We are a small but growing IT refurbishment company specialising in high-quality refurbished servers and components. While much of our work involves Supermicro hardware, we also handle a wide variety of enterprise-grade IT equipment. Our goal is to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that extend the life of IT systems and reduce e-waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and refurbish servers and related hardware.
Test and replace defective components including CPUs, RAM, storage, and motherboards.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and firmware.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure refurbished equipment meets company standards.
Document repairs, part usage, and test results accurately.
Help maintain stock of spare parts and organise inventory.
Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Ensuring tidiness and efficiency of your work area, including personal and warehouse area.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of server hardware components and diagnostics.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair down to the component level.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
Preferred Skills (Not Essential):
Familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware, especially Supermicro or similar.
Personal Attributes:
Enjoy hands-on-work.
Client focused service prioritising the quality of work and outcome.
Ability to meet deadlines and time keeping skills.
Positive attitude.
