The Role
To oversee the operation of the Catering facility at Hitchin Town Hall during events and North Hertfordshire Museum Café and to provide value for money, quality services to the customer. To control quality and timeliness of catering supplies, fresh produce and food production. To provide top quality cuisine during functions. To ensure NHC gets best value for money produce and top quality ingredients.
The Experience you will bring
Applicants should be level 3 food hygiene qualified with basic line management experience for junior staff. This role would suit someone transitioning into a management role. Successful applicants will be experienced in conference and banqueting and working as part of a small team.
