We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care atCygnet Hospital Stevenage. You will be expected to work 38.5 per week, working days and nights shifts on a rota basis. Cygnet Hospital Stevenage offers a range of secure and PICU and acute mental health services for men and women in a purpose-built therapeutic environment where the focus is on maximising positive outcomes and recovery. A range of therapies supports the care pathway towards independent living. Your day-to-day Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of services Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits Maintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvement Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingWhy Cygnet?
