The HR Generalist will be responsible for to manage the full employee life cycle and serve as a strategic link between management and staff to ensure a productive, compliant, and positive work environment

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
Handle employee relations and assist with conflict resolution
Maintain and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives
Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management
Maintain accurate HR records and reports
Requirements:
