Crynodeb
Bar Supervisors required to work across a busy city centre bar and nightclub. We are open 5 nights a week, including Friday and Saturday. We are Lancasters premier late night venue, trading until 6am at the weekend
Shifts are available midweek and weekends, however successful applicants will be expected to be available most weekends and be willing to work late. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be 18+
Managerial Duties:
- Opening and closing the venues, as required
- Cashing up at the end of the shift
- Managing a team of up to 15 staff
- Ensuring the smooth running of operations
- Liaising with the management team and cascading information to team members
- Ability to network and maintain good relationships with in the industry
Duties:
- Assist in preparing and serving beverages to customers
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean and organised
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Manage time effectively during busy periods
Experience Required:
- Previous management role, or be a strong team member looking for a first management position
- Ability to help and support team members
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Nice-to-have:
- Bartending experience
- Time management skills
