- Pay: £500 – £750 per week (dependent on assignment and experience)


The Role
Secondary schools across Sandwell are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to provide classroom cover from January 2026 on a supply basis. The role involves supervising pre-set work across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in the absence of their usual teacher.
You will be responsible for maintaining classroom order, following school behaviour policies, and providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover supervisors looking for flexible work within secondary schools.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will:

- Have experience working with KS3 and KS4 students
- Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management
- Be professional, reliable, and adaptable
- Be able to follow lesson plans and school procedures effectively
- Have a positive and proactive approach to supporting learning
