Job Title: Groundworker
Location: Bristol
Salary: £21.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Monday 2 February 2026
Duration: 2 – 3 Months
Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a long-term project in Bristol. This role will primarily involve concrete repairs, so proven experience in this area is essential.

Duties:
- Carrying out concrete repairs on site
- Working to high standards of workmanship
- Following all site health and safety requirements
- Supporting the site team as required
Required
- A valid CSCS card
- NVQ Level 2 in Concrete Repairs or similar concrete qualification
- Own PPE and tools
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Reliable and punctual, able to work as part of a team
