We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Assistant Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Stainton Court, a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities.You will work collaboratively with the people we support and colleagues to create an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone feels valued. Your role will involve:Supporting with medicationEncouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgetingOrganising trips and activities that promote independenceHelping individuals achieve personal goals through tailored support plans and risk assessmentsAbout YouNo previous experience is required - just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to make a difference. We will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
