Are you looking to work school time hours? Do you have a genuine passion for supporting and caring for children?
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team. If you enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of young people and want to work in a friendly, supportive school setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team, while also demonstrating the confidence and initiative to work independently when required. A caring attitude, a flexible approach, and a genuine desire to support children are essential qualities for this role.
We have a variety of hours available, offering flexibility to suit different schedules — including part‑time, full‑time, and all with the benefit of term‑time‑only working.
No experience necessary — just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
We are looking for people who:

• Enjoy being around children of different ages
• Are patient, reliable, and able to work well with others
• Are committed to helping create a safe and positive environment

What the school offers its staff
Hutton CE Primary School is committed to ensuring outstanding safeguarding procedures and promoting the welfare of children and any offer of employment will be conditional upon the outcome of an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.In line with the Keeping Children Safe in Education regulations we will also undertake an online Google search for all shortlisted candidates.
Hutton CE Primary School is part of the Kaleidoscope Multi-Academy Trust and the successful candidates will be employed by the Trust. As a result of this, you may be required to work in another school, with your agreement, as business needs dictate.
