The Role
We are looking for a HR Advisor who has the experience to confidently deliver high quality, professional and forward-thinking HR Advice to the academies and central services of the trust. Working in a team including the Head of HR, HR Business Partners and HR Officer this is a great opportunity to work in a generalist role supporting the achievement of our HR and trust priorities.
What will you deliver
• Expert advice to academy HR contacts, managers and senior leaders on day to day queries on terms and conditions of employment, HR policies and procedures and best practice human resource management and development.
• Work closely with managers, building excellent relationships and supporting them in effectively and efficiently managing all employee relations matters e.g. staff attendance, capability, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, special leave etc. in line with legislation and policy, within a reasonable timeline and to an appropriate resolution.
• Support in projects that supports the achievement of academy and trust objectives.

• Deliver well thought out, clear, practical HR advice to managers and senior leaders that considers everyone involved; as well as what and the how;
• Supportive and positive team member;
• Build strong and effective working relationships that provide support and constructive challenge;

• Generate ideas driven by data and best practice to continually develop the HR service;
• Organisational skills, drive and determination to provide excellence in all you do.
