We are looking for a Caretaker who is: • Committed to ensure the security of the school site • Able to carry out urgent/necessary maintenance site duties both internal and external • Able to ensure building compliance • Liaise with contractors on site * Able to use computer systems effectively to monitor health and safety activity on the school site
