Our APHA client requires two administrators to join the busy team on a temporary basis.

This will involve scanning predominantly, with lots of little administrative jobs whilst the office is being realigned.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 - 5, 37hrs per week, £13.47/hr.

Our client is currently based in Horizon House, Bristol with good access to transport links.

The role is fully on site due to its nature.

This role will offer a great opportunity to work within the Animal and Plant Health Agency and gain experience within the Public Sector.

As the role can be quite monotonous, you will need to be able to organise your time, workload and manage your day accordingly.

Duties will include but not be limited to

* Scanning

* Printing and the processing of paperwork

* Data entry and basic processing on spreadsheets

* Filing

* General adhoc administrative duties and relevant jobs around the office, including the uploading of paperwork onto the system

* Email inbox - allocated work from it

Ideal candidates will be confident, enjoy interacting with a variety of service users with professionalism. You will have excellent customer service skills and a passion to help people.

Our client requires the following skills

* Desirable - admin experience

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Teams

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to remain professional at all time and converse with a variety of service users

* Excellent organisational skills

The pay rate is £13.47 per hour, and benefits includes holiday pay and pension scheme.

Full training will be given.

The role will require full 3 year referencing and a Basic DBS. Due to the short nature of these roles, the client is looking for those who can start quickly and do not have any booked holidays till after the end of March, the end of the assignment.
