Strategic Head of Asset Management needed in West London Paying £545.78 per day ref 5287342

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a long‑term asset management strategy covering housing stock, corporate buildings, and specialist properties.
Lead on compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards including H&S, building safety, and environmental performance.
Drive strategic investment planning, ensuring value for money and effective prioritisation of capital works.
Oversee stock condition surveys, data integrity, and asset performance modelling.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, contractors, and senior leaders across the organisation.
Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams including asset management, repairs, compliance, and capital delivery.
Provide expert advice to executive leadership, members, and corporate boards.
Support transformation programmes and digital initiatives to enhance asset insight, reporting, and service delivery.
Ensure assets contribute to sustainability, decarbonisation programmes, and long‑term financial resilience.
Oversee procurement, contract management and performance frameworks for asset‑related services.
