As a Trainer, your responsibilities will include…
• Take ownership of the training function to plan, design and create training programmes
• Carry out training needs analysis to understand requirements
• Modify training content and methods to suit different user groups and skill levels
• Evaluate and improve training content using the Kirkpatrick model
• Create documentation, manuals and FAQs to assist users in post-training/ongoing support
• Conduct workshops, seminars, webinars and one-on-one sessions
We are looking for a Trainer with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 2-5 years experience as a trainer conducting training needs analysis, design, and delivery
• Background in IT or IT training is highly desirable
• Any experience in utilities/ construction/ infrastructure is also beneficial
• Engaging and confident with great presentation and communication skills
• Ability to pick up new systems and deliver in training capacity
• Flexibility to travel to client sites with UK driving licence
In return, the successful Trainer will receive a salary of £38,000 - £43,000 plus £4,500 car allowance, plus the following benefits…
