The Role – Graduate SEN Tutor

s a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with students who need extra encouragement to reach their potential.

You might support children with SEN in the classroom, facilitate nurture groups to develop emotional regulation, or help individuals overcome barriers to learning through tailored interventions.

This position provides hands-on experience in applying therapeutic and educational strategies, giving you a strong foundation for postgraduate training in educational psychology, clinical work, or specialist teaching roles.

The school seeks a patient, enthusiastic graduate who is genuinely motivated to understand and support each child's unique needs.

What’s on Offer

• Full-time Graduate SEN Tutor role (Monday-Friday, term time only) - Hours 8:30am to 3:30pm
• Up to £450 per week salary

Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Tutor

• Degree in a Social Science, Psychology or Education is preferable, but we are open to other academic qualifications (2:2 minimum)
• Enthusiastic about helping young people learn and progress
• Some experience working with young people is preferable
• Strong communicator with good communication skills & empathetic nature
• Professional, committed, and proactive
• Must have the right to work in the UK
