Location: Preston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Our client, a leading meat processing company, is looking for reliable and hardworking Meat Packers to join their busy production team. This role involves working with fresh pork, beef, and lamb in a fast-paced, chilled environment.
Key Responsibilities- Packing fresh meat products into the correct packaging
- Handling pork, beef, and lamb throughout the shift
- Moving stock around the production area
- Loading and unloading goods
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
- Following Food Safety Regulations
- Maintaining strict hygiene control, including regular handwashing
- Working efficiently in a cold environment (PPE provided)
This is a physically demanding position that requires lifting, continuous movement, and working at speed. Full training is provided.
