This is an exciting new position that has been created! You will be joining a family run business where operations blend precision, pace and continuous improvement.
As the Logistics Team Leader you will be responsible for the flow of inventory through the operations, some of your duties will include:-
- Booking deliveries onto the stock management system
- Quality Check products
- Label and route items
- Perform stock takes
- Pick, pack and despatch goods
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Resolve failed collections and delivery queries
- Train colleagues on compliance gaps, drive standard work and audit preparation
- Liaise with customers, authorise repairs etc
- Assist with the Management of the team
You will have experience in a Warehousing/Logistics Coordination role, be confident with stock/warehouse management systems, have excellent attention to detail, high energy, a proactive mindset and be a strong communicator.
Your salary will be based on your experience, £30-£32K circa, there is fantastic company benefits, training and progression. You must be a driver due to the rural location.
