The Role
You’ll provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to young people in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued and empowered.
Duties include:
Building positive, professional relationships
Supporting daily routines (cooking, cleaning, home tasks)
Keeping accurate records and contributing to care plans
Supporting young people in meetings with professionals
Working collaboratively with the team
About You
Compassionate, patient and resilient
Able to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
Confident in challenging behaviour positively
Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards)
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
Experience in children’s care (desirable)

Full Time Position
24 hour shift (10am-10am) £278 per shift
3rd person shift (7.30am-10.30pm) £227.50 per shift
2 on 3 off rota
£13.50ph | £62 sleep rate
