Location: Folkestone
Hours: 24 Hours per week
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our clients Finance team, supporting the International side of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working with both numbers and people.
The role plays a key part in managing customer reimbursement claims and providing day-to-day financial support to internal teams and external customers.
The Role
You will take ownership of the customer reimbursement claims process, ensuring claims are submitted correctly, reviewed accurately, and processed on time. You will work closely with finance, commercial teams, and customers, acting as a central point of contact for claims-related queries.
You will also support the finance team with reporting, spend tracking, and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the customer reimbursement claims system
- Review and process claims, checking accuracy and supporting documentation
- Act as the main contact for customers and internal teams regarding claims
- Support customers with claims submissions and system queries
- Ensure customers are correctly set up on the system, including bank details
- Resolve failed or rejected claims
- Produce weekly and monthly reports and analysis
- Support monthly accruals and spend tracking
- Track Travel & Subsistence expenses
- Manage shared finance inboxes and raise DocuSign requests
About You
Essential:
- Strong Excel skills and good numerical ability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
- Able to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- Experience working in a finance or administrative role
- Knowledge of an additional European language
You will be working 24 hours per week and these can be flexible how they are made up. This is a temporary role with an immediate start.
