We're looking for a highly skilled High Dependency Unit Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care to join us at Nuffield Health, The Manor Hospital. About the Role High Dependency care is where your skills and training really come into play. No two patients are the same and every day is different. As our High Dependency Unit Manager, you will: Supervise and support clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs. Deliver high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care as part of a collaborative programme.
