Crynodeb
To be responsible for the management of the larger Estate. To include the maintenance and repair of all building fabric, utilities and engineering services, within the Trust, using the best possible business and working practices. To manage contracts, both internal and external, in addition to the directly employed workforce, to ensure the delivery of operational services. To be responsible for managing and complying with all statutory instruments and guidance ensuring best practice related to building fabric and engineering services.
