Crynodeb
Working closely with the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to develop and improve services. Coordinating assessment clinics and responding to urgent mental health needs. Providing line management, clinical supervision, advice, and consultation to colleagues. Liaising with agencies and services within the locality to ensure joinedup care. Supporting service development in line with national standards, local priorities, and financial frameworks. Promoting continuous quality improvement, safeguarding, and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintaining a small clinical caseload of complex young people. Deputising for the General Manager when required. This role requires strong skills in clinical assessment, crisis and risk management, safeguarding, and interagency liaison, alongside the ability to operate with professional autonomy while working collaboratively.
