The Student Accommodation Centre is an award-winning unit within the University’s Estates & Facilities Department, managing the allocation and administration of accommodation for students. Our work spans catering, housekeeping, and facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who stays with us.
The wider Estates and Facilities Management team is a multi-disciplinary group responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the University’s two campuses in Loughborough and London. Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, supportive environment for our students and their families. You’ll provide expert advice on all aspects of accommodation, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

· Enhance the Student Experience and be the go-to contact for students living in our Halls of Residence, ensuring their stay is positive and memorable.
· Drive Engagement by working with our Customer Services Manager and Marketing Coordinator to design interactive events and engaging content for social media and communication channels.
· Champion Feedback as the main point of contact for customer feedback and complaints, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
· Support SAC Operations with reception duties and contribute to strategies that maintain maximum occupancy throughout the year.
· Lead and Innovate through ownership of designated responsibilities while working flexibly across projects to meet evolving business needs
