We are looking for Care Assistants/support workers to join our Domiciliary/ Home care team in Loughborough, and Surrounding Rural Areas to provide quality care to our clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, helping with medication, and providing emotional support. The ideal candidate should have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily living activities of clients.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor client health and administer medication as needed.
Assist in the development of individualised care plans.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Meal preparation. daily household tasks including cleaning
Activities, community activities, appointments, days out
Personal Care.
UK Driving Licence & Own Car.
Offer an outstanding service that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led
To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.
Free In-House Training.
Fully paid shadowing.
Support to complete your Care Certificate.
Support to complete NVQs.
Refer a Friend scheme.
