Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Ware, SG12 9AL

Hours: 3 days a week; Wednesday - Friday; 9:00am - 3:00pm

Our client, a family-owned business with decades of experience in commercial recycling and waste management, is looking for aPart-Time Office Administratorto join their supportive and dynamic team.

Your Role:
As one of our client's Office Administrators, you'll be at the heart of keeping the office running smoothly. You will:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

- Handle client communications with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate logistics, including transport scheduling and implementing recycling solutions.

- Support the wider team through administrative tasks and liaising with external partners.

What They're Looking For:

- Proven experience inoffice administrationor a similar role.

- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

- Problem Solving Skills - especially in logistics and recycling processes.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Minimum ofGCSE Level 4 (Grade C)in Mathematics and English.

- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge ofrecycling processesandsustainability practices.

- Prior experience in aclient-facing role.
