About the Client
Camden Council’s Corporate Services directorate is committed to building a modern, relational organisation where people, partnerships and trust sit at the heart of service delivery. The People and Inclusion division plays a central role in shaping this culture, supporting managers and teams to work collaboratively, compassionately and with a strong focus on positive outcomes for residents.
The Role
The People Relationship Advisor will provide expert HR advice and support across a portfolio of services, helping to strengthen employee relationships, improve engagement and embed a positive organisational culture. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert, consistent HR advice on employment legislation, case management, organisational change, workforce planning, pay and reward, job evaluation and learning and development.
Manage and support complex employee relations cases, including Employment Tribunals.

Ensure service areas have access to people data, insight, research and best practice to support evidence‑based decision making.
Support and strengthen relationships with recognised Trade Unions, staff networks and key stakeholders.
Contribute to the design and delivery of service‑based people projects and wider People and Inclusion initiatives.
Coach and support managers in effective people‑management practices, including delivering training and workshops.
Assist in the development and implementation of people policies, procedures and good‑practice guidelines.
