What We're Looking For
- A UK‑qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- A passion for performance, creativity, and student development
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to engage learners of all abilities
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, forward‑thinking department
ECTs are absolutely welcome - the school and Hays Education will provide full support to help you shine in your early career
The Role
- Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across KS3-KS4
- Contribute to school productions, enrichment clubs, and the wider arts community
- Work closely with the department to ensure continuity during the maternity cover
- Benefit from an early start in June 2026 to complete a thorough handover
