What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Recent classroom experience (within the last 5 years)
- Strong behaviour management and a positive, proactive approach
- Ability to create engaging, inclusive lessons
- Confidence working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (your preference welcomed!)
