About the Team
Autism Know How exists to help transform lives and change attitudes by establishing, maintaining and supporting autism best practice, knowledge and professional development. Our Training, Consultancy and Conferences team has many years of lived and practitioner experience in developing and delivering courses on autism. We train professionals, employers, or any organisation providing services accessed by autistic people. We offer standard training courses, bespoke training solutions and e-learning. Alongside our training delivery, we also run an Annual Professionals' Conference.

About the Role
We are recruiting a Conference and Events Officer to work as part of a team to oversee and manage the sales and logistics behind all conference and training events to ensure the best customer experience possible.

The Conference and Training Events Officer will work in partnership with the Conference and Training Events Lead to ensure planning, preparation and delivery of all conference and events.

What You’ll Do

  • Set-up and management of the online registration system for events and the virtual platform for conference delivery.
  • Management and follow-up of customer enquiries.
  • Liaison with internal and external trainers, speakers and external suppliers.
  • Leading with processes around contracting, purchase orders and invoices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience using online event management systems
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Great organisational skills, attention to details and ability to manage the portfolio of events

This advert is for a full-time position at 35 Hours per week.

This role is home based
