We are currently looking for an efficient and personable Admissions Assistant to join a busy administrative team at a highly regarded educational institution in Birmingham. This role is the heartbeat of the school's enrolment process, ensuring that every new student's transition is seamless and welcoming.

The Role

As an Admissions Assistant, you will manage the end-to-end enrolment cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students.

  • Coordinating school tours, open days, and entrance assessments.

  • Processing applications and maintaining the student database with high accuracy.

  • Ensuring all UK compliance and safeguarding documentation is verified during the on-boarding process.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Essential: You must have previous experience working within a UK education or admissions setting.

  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office and school management software (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or iSAMS).

  • An understanding of the UK school admissions code and local authority procedures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
