The Best Connection are recruiting for Drivers Mates to support our client with home delivery operations. This is a professional, customer-facing role where you'll work alongside a driver, delivering goods directly to customers' homes as part of a 2-person team.
The Role:- Assisting the driver with the delivery of goods to customers' homes
- Heavy lifting involved, but always working as a 2-man team
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner
- Ensuring deliveries are completed in a safe and timely manner
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Subject to random drugs and alcohol testing
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible and willing to commit to the working hours
- Any suitable candidates will complete a induction.
- Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 07:00 - 18:00
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays
- £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
