Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 & Saturday on Rota 08:00 - 12:30

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Maximize customer satisfaction & retention
Up selling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling
MOST HOLD Full manual UK Driving Licence
