Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills alongside a creative and compassionate approach. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, maintaining high expectations for all pupils and fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Key Requirements

• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications are also accepted.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive and outgoing attitude.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
