Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor with excellent behaviour management skills and a creative, nurturing approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to support the delivery of an innovative curriculum. High expectations and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in all pupils are essential.
Key Requirements
• Level 3 qualification or HLTA status (desirable but not essential)
• PGCE or PCET qualifications also accepted
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Understanding of the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations
• Knowledge of planning and assessment procedures
