Conveyancing Assistant
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Bradford or Huddersfield (Hybrid working available)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 36 hours per week

Role Overview:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's friendly and supportive residential conveyancing team in either their Bradford or Huddersfield office. As members of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), they pride themselves on delivering a smooth, personal service to private clients, estate agents, and intermediaries both locally and nationally. They are also a trusted panel law firm for many high-street banks and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with administrative tasks including opening and closing files
* Process correspondence and manage case documents
* Use portals such as Land Registry, LMS, and Lender Exchange
* Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent service

Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing (highly desired)
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience with case management systems
* Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, accurate, and methodical approach
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proactive attitude and team player mindset
