Summary

GROUNDWORKER - CANDIDATE POOL (GREATWORTH, OX17)

MSSI Group Ltd is building a candidate pool of experienced Groundworkers for upcoming works at the Greatworth site (OX17), with starts expected from February. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable Groundworkers with strong civils experience to secure ongoing work on a well-established project.

Job Details

Location: Greatworth, OX17
Start Date: February (subject to site programme)
Role Type: Groundworker - Candidate Pool

Pay & Benefits
  • £15.19 p/h - PAYE Direct

  • Overtime: 1.5x rate after 39 hours

  • Digs / petrol allowance available (where applicable)

Role Overview

As a Groundworker, duties may include:

  • General groundworks and civils duties

  • Drainage, kerbing, concreting, and ducting works

  • Assisting plant operators and site teams

  • Trenching, excavation support, and reinstatement

  • Working to drawings, levels, and site instructions

  • Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

✅ Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Green or Blue CSCS Card

  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle

  • Strong, proven groundworks experience

  • Ability to work reliably as part of a site team
